altTHERA offers semi-private and private yoga sessions. In our intimate setting, you will experience hands-on instruction tailored to your needs.
Semi-private yoga
Semi-private classes can have up to 4
students per class. With a limit on the number of students,
our yoga teachers can provide feedback and adjustments to
help you align to the intention of the pose and experience a
deeper, more enriching yoga practice. We offer regularly
scheduled semi-private classes throughout the week. Class space is by reservation; book your spot by
calling 617-542-8500.

Private yoga
We also offer one-on-one private sessions and duets, where 2 people can share a session. Whether you are a first-time student or have been practicing yoga for many years, this private setting creates a nurturing and safe environment to learn and strengthen your yoga practice. Private sessions and duets run one hour and can be booked throughout the week. If you are working with one of altTHERA’s massage therapists or acupuncturists, your yoga instructor can collaborate with your current practitioner to develop a yoga program that suits your specific issues.
Yoga can:
- release tension and stress
- stretch and tone muscles
- increase flexibility and balance
- promote mental clarity and concentration
- help manage chronic conditions, such as low back pain, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and depression
Single class: $25
One-on-one private (one hour): $85
Duet private (one hour): $100
Classes can be adjusted for any level, from beginner to advanced
